Barrister Rajiv Sharma , 36 Group
Rajiv specialises in Immigration, Asylum and Administrative Law with a particular emphasis on Human Rights. Rajiv regularly appears before both tiers of the Tribunal system as well as the Administrative Court and the Court of Appeal.

The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn is an unincorporated association of students, barristers and judges and is one of the four Inns of Court. It has been in continuous existence for over 600 years. The Inn is dedicated to the qualification, training and development of our members at all stages of their legal careers, in a collegiate and inclusive environment.
